Scottish village of Dull unveils sign to pair with US town Boring - After several months of negotiation the 84 residents of Dull have made it official - the small village (near Aberfeldy - Scotland) now has a formal link with the town of Boring in Oregon (USA) to form the "pairing" of Dull and Boring - and signified by a new roadside sign unveiled yesterday (23 June 12). A few Dull people attended the understated ceremony.
