There is nothing a politician likes better than a captive audience - and as if this young lady suffering the pre-wedding "blackening" much endured by north east of Scotland brides-to-be had not enough to deal with - SNP leader Alex Salmond arrived with his constituency campaign in Fraserburgh to meet this bethrothed, tied by "cling-film" to a lamp post, the opportunity to deliver his message was not not to be missed.... beneath the "cling-film" was a mixture of rags, treacle, corn flakes, rice and other and various remedies for what lies ahead, presumably making the "penny for Scotland" campaign of the Nats easy to swallow !!
